Clemson, S.C. — Industry veteran Eric Newton has launched ENE Group, which unites his various companies under a single banner. The Clemson, South Carolina-based group includes property and land acquisition firm Rutledge Development; strategic planning, investment and development firm Eric Newton Real Estate; construction firm Focus Construction; sales firm Focus Realty; property management firm Tiger Properties; and a start-up venture titled Rentametrix. “We’ve honed our craft within each business to provide expertise for end-to-end project development,” says Newton. “I recognized last year we hit an inflection point. It was time to reinvest to ensure we have the right personnel and processes in place for pragmatic growth.” Employees at the company include Chief Revenue Officer Ryan Kurek, Chief Financial Officer Jason Cranford and Chief General Counsel Matt Schell.
