Orlando, Fla. — Inland American Communities Group has announced that construction of University House Central Florida is nearly complete. The 416-unit property, on schedule to open in August, is more than 70 percent pre-leased.

The five-story development sits on a 9.93-acre site purchased by Inland American Communities in 2008 to serve the University of Central Florida, which is less than one mile away. The property has furnished units, a fitness center, multimedia lounge, a swimming pool with cabanas, athletic courts, a putting green, tanning beds and more.
