Inland American Communities Starts Construction on UNC-Charlotte Project

Charlotte, N.C. — University House Boulevard will be pre-leasing in August and will open in fall 2014.

Charlotte, N.C.  — Inland American Communities started construction on April 1 on a University House Boulevard community, which includes 671 beds. Pre-leasing will begin in August for a fall 2014 opening. The five-story, 300-unit development is within walking distance to the University of North Carolina-Charlotte campus.

 

Similar to other University House properties, community amenities will include a resort-style pool, parking garage, fitness center, as well as a multimedia area, clubroom and Internet café. The property also is located on the UNC Charlotte shuttle route. All utilities, including cable and Internet, are included in the rental price, and all apartments come fully-furnished.
