Greenville, S.C. — Sandlapper Capital Investments LLC, based in Greenville, has partnered with Innovative Real Estate Companies in a joint venture that will acquire student housing properties nationwide, according to The Greenville News. The article states that Sandlapper had been seeking a partner to focus on acquisition and management of student housing. Jared Miller, president of multifamily operations, and Mark Foraker, who recently joined Innovative as executive vice president of student housing, will oversee the day-to-day physical property management.
