Innovative Student Housing Adds Senior Vice President To Lead Property Management

Houston — Howe will be responsible for a portion of Innovative’s management portfolio.

Houston — Innovative Student Housing has hired Kevin Howe, formerly with Campus Living Villages, as senior vice president of property management.

 

Howe brings 30 years of real estate experience with a background in hospitality, student and conventional multi-family portfolio management. He previously led oversight for approximately 15,000 student housing beds with Campus Living Villages, and an additional 9,000 conventional apartments. Howe has been responsible for leading all aspects of property management for institutional owners, REITs and private owners through operations serving primarily the Midwest, mountain west and Southwest regions.

 

Howe will be responsible for a portion of Innovative’s management portfolio and best practice implementation for new lease-ups.
