InterFace & Student Housing Business host “The Outlook for Multifamily and Student Housing in Philadelphia”

Philadelphia — November 3rd Conference brings together professionals from around the industry.

The event will also feature a panel on opportunities in the apartment investment and development space as well as a finance panel entitled “Capital Markets Update: The Availability of Debt & Equity Capital for Apartment and Student Housing Transactions featuring NorthMarq president Craig Butchenhart, Freddie Mac associate director Kelli Carhart, Walker & Dunlop vice president Brendan Coleman and Fannie Mae director Joe Stepchuk.
