Gainesville, Fla. — Jamie Swick has joined the Colliers GNV Commercial Advisory team. The Gainesville, Florida-based group specializes in commercial and land transactions across real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial and multifamily. Swick’s 23-year career in commercial real estate began at Contemporary Management Concepts, also located in Gainesville. During her career, Swick previously launched a consulting firm specifically focused on private, off-campus student housing; and most recently served as part of the Tampa, Florida-based Colliers Student Housing Practice Group.
