Denver — Jennifer Cassidy has joined Cardinal Group Management as senior vice president of student housing operations.
In her new role, Cassidy will be responsible for day-to-day management and the performance of the company’s 65,000-bed student housing portfolio. Prior to joining Cardinal Group, Cassidy spent 15 years with Campus Advantage serving the organization in a variety of leadership roles.
“As part of our 2020 planning, we committed to expanding our leadership team to meet the needs of a fast-paced and growing organization,” says Alex O’Brien, CEO of the Denver-based company. “Jennifer is widely recognized as a thought leader in the industry and she is highly regarded as one of the student housing industry’s top executives. We’re fortunate to have her on our team to continue building on the great work that has gotten us to where we are today.”
“The addition of Jennifer Cassidy to our team is a direct reflection of the culture and brand Cardinal Group Management has developed over the years,” says Eddie Moreno, partner and executive vice president at Cardinal. “Our goal has always been to be the best company in our space, not just from a performance standpoint, but more importantly from a culture perspective. We believe that if we match this industry’s top talent with a world-class culture and platform, anchored to diversity, equity and inclusion, there is no mountain we can’t climb.”
