Joint Venture Acquires 404-Bed Community Near University of Massachusetts Amherst

Sunderland, Mass. — A joint venture Landmark Properties and Prospect Ridge has acquired North 116 Flats, a 404-bed community located near the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Sunderland.

Jaclyn Fitts, William Vonderfecht, Casey Schaefer, Biria St. John and Simon Butler with CBRE arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Fountain Residential Partners. The sales price was undisclosed.

Built in 2020, the community offers fully furnished units with private patios. Shared amenities include a study lounge with private study spaces, a game room, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio and an outdoor fire pit and recreation lawn.
