Joint Venture Acquires Six-Property Student Housing Portfolio in Southeast

Atlanta — A joint venture between Atlanta-based Student Quarters and Blue Sky Capital of Australia has acquired a six-property portfolio of student housing communities located in Alabama and Mississippi.

The properties total 456 beds, and are located in Auburn, Alabama, and Starkville and Oxford, Mississippi. Chase Lawrence of CollegeTown Properties arranged the transaction and CollegeTown Properties will operate the majority of the portfolio.
