Williamsburg, Va. — A joint venture between Broad Street Realty, Bridger Corp. and Lamont Street Partners is set to break ground on a 240-unit mixed-use community located near The College of William & Mary. The community is part of the final phase of development for Midtown Row, an experience-based retail, residential and entertainment district located in Williamsburg. This phase of development will include the construction of four, five-story buildings featuring 56,000 square feet of retail, 6,000 square feet of office space, 240 multifamily units targeting students and young professionals and a two-level parking garage. The multifamily component will offer shared amenities including a swimming pool, two hot tubs, a grill area and a dog park. Completion of the project is scheduled for summer 2021.
