Jones Lang LaSalle Completes Student Housing Complex At Albany State University

Albany, Ga. — Two new residence halls total 626 beds.

Albany, Ga. — Jones Lang LaSalle recently completed for Albany State University a new $23 million student housing complex consisting of two student residence halls. Hall 5, comprising 400 beds, is designed for freshmen students and includes a performing arts center, computer labs on each floor, media lounges and study rooms. Returning students occupy Hall 6, a 226-bed facility that also includes a food service venue. Jones Lang LaSalle provided program management along with Clement & Wynn. The facility was designed by Lord Aeck Sargent/Chasm, and built by Juneau Construction.
