Green Street TowersChampaign, Ill. — JSM, a Champaign-based student housing developer, will introduce an Internet amenity to its Green Street Towers property near the University of Illinois-Champaign that the company says is the fastest Internet connectivity in the United States. The service, provided by Pavlov Media, delivers up to 1 gigabit of bandwidth per student. It will be introduced to the property by fall 2014, which is also the date JSM will debut 1 gigabit of Internet speed at every other one of its properties.
JSM is a family-owned property development and management company that owns more than 1,400 student apartments near the University of Illinois and Illinois State University, as well as 450,000 square feet of commercial space.
