Boca Raton, Fla. — A joint venture partnership of Rosemurgy Properties, Giles Capital Group and Lewis Rental Properties has completed the development and construction of University Park, a purpose-built student housing project in Boca Raton.
The luxury student living complex was built on 10.9 acres. Construction on the development began in February 2014, and students began moving in April 2015. Nearby institutions include Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach State College.
The 279,097-square-foot community features eight, four-story buildings with 598 beds in 159 units. The fully furnished two, three and four-bedroom apartments have modern furnishings, energy efficient appliances, flat-screen TVs, in-unit washer/dryers, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms and private bathrooms.
University Park offers amenities including a 13,500-square-foot, two-story clubhouse with student lounge, 24-hour fitness facilities with a Crossfit room and yoga studio, video gaming room, computer lab, study and conference rooms, and a mini-store with fresh and frozen foods and snacks, beverages and sundries.
Outdoor features include a resort-style pool area with green space, barbecue grills and study hammocks. The community has 1GB internet speed and wireless Internet throughout the property, a cell phone boost system, secured indoor bicycle storage, on-site property management and limited access gated entrance.
