Cincinnati — The Cincinnati City Planning Commission has approved the development of Euclid + Corry, a 481-bed student housing community located in the city’s Corryville neighborhood adjacent to the University of Cincinnati campus. Local development firm Kingsley + Co. is set to break ground on the project during the second quarter of 2026 with completion scheduled for fall 2028. The development will offer 180 units alongside 208 parking spaces and include major streetscape improvements. The project will also participate in Ohio’s Clean Air Improvement Program and will include solar power integration, as well as sustainable design features. The community was designed by Myefski Architects. Taft Law represented the development firm in rezoning the project site.
