Fort Worth, Texas — KSQ Architects has designed on-campus housing for 11 Greek chapter houses on the Texas Christian University campus in Fort Worth.
The houses will be home to 25 TCU fraternity and sorority chapters, and complement recently completed upper class residence halls and a dining hall.
All of the houses are four stories high with fourth-floor bedrooms tucked into the roof area. The houses will offer space for entertainment and events on the first floor, a full kitchen, public restrooms, a private meeting room and storage. Two upper floors offer double or single rooms with shared bathrooms, a lounge, laundry area and a study.
The houses will replace 1960s era Greek housing as well as a surface parking lot on the site. Construction is scheduled to begin in May 2016 and be completed in August 2017.
