L3 Campus Makes Executive Level Promotions

Miami — L3 Campus has promoted several executives in the firm’s Miami headquarters. Ben Rosengart has been promoted to the role of president and chief investment officer. He will oversee all aspects of the firm’s investment strategy, including acquisitions, dispositions and capital markets activities. Jamie Grant has been named chief operating officer. Grant will be responsible for the firm’s strategic and operational planning, as well as optimizing collaboration to drive success. She will also be responsible for managing the firm’s day-to-day operations. Paul Salvesen has been promoted to chief financial officer. He previously served as controller. In his new position, Salvesen will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s accounting and financing department, including financial planning analysis, accounting, tax, accounts payable and treasury functions. L3 Campus has an 18-year track record of owning and operating best-in-class student housing properties adjacent to campus and has recently acquired over $850 million of assets. Its current portfolio is over 5,700 beds spread across 18 assets in five markets and is currently 98.5 percent occupied.
