Landmark, AECOM-Canyon Partners to Break Ground on 835-Bed Community Near Georgia State

Atlanta — A joint venture between Landmark Properties and AECOM-Canyon Partners is set to break ground on The Metropolitan at Atlanta, an 835-bed student housing community located near the Georgia State University campus in Atlanta. The 325,000-square-foot property will offer 265 one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units alongside 5,700 square feet of ground floor retail. Communal amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, golf simulator, study lounges and concierge service. Construction on the project is set to begin later this month with completion scheduled for August 2023.
