Landmark Properties Acquires Two Communities Near the University of Michigan

Ann Arbor, Mich. — Landmark Properties has acquired two student housing communities located near the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor. Acquisitions include the 248-bed Zaragon Place and the 198-bed Zaragon West. Both properties were built by Chicago-based development company Zaragon Inc. Landmark is set to implement a capital improvements program on both properties, which will include upgrades to unit interiors and common areas. Dorothy Jackman and Jamie Swick of Colliers International’s student housing group brokered the transaction.
