Landmark Properties Names Alex Katsnelson Senior Director of European Investment

Athens, Ga. — Landmark Properties has named Alex Katsnelson to the role of senior director of European investment. In his new position, Katsnelson will be responsible for leading the Athens, Georgia-based company’s investment activities in Europe, executing on new student accommodation investments. He brings over 10 years of real estate investment experience to the role. Katsnelson was most recently responsible for international transactions and expansion at Harrison Street. “We are thrilled to welcome Alex to the Landmark team,” says President and CEO Wes Rogers. “His deep knowledge of the European real estate markets, coupled with his extensive experience successfully executing on many student accommodation deals in Europe, will be invaluable as we continue to expand our European platform.”
