Tampa, Fla. — Landmark Properties is set to break ground on The Metropolitan at Tampa, a 760-bed student housing community located within a half-mile of the University of South Florida campus in Tampa.
The community will offer studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units alongside 1,779 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The development site was formerly occupied by a Quality Inn hotel.
Located at 2701 E. Fowler Ave., the property will offer shared amenities including a rooftop pool deck, ground floor courtyards, fitness center, 620-space covered parking deck and study and gaming lounges. Construction is set to begin in June with property opening scheduled for August 2024.
