LV Collective, Harrison Street to Break Ground on 800,000-Square-Foot Development Near Purdue University

West Lafayette, Ind. — A joint venture partnership between LV Collective and Harrison Street is set to break ground on Rambler Levee District, an 800,000-square-foot student housing development located near the Purdue University campus in West Lafayette. The community will offer 583 units across two buildings upon completion, which is scheduled for fall 2027. Shared amenities including co-working spaces, private study and conference rooms, a clubroom, multiple swimming pools, internal courtyards, fitness facilities, yoga and fitness on-demand studios, saunas and a resident lounge. The community will also feature a 20,000-square-foot public plaza and green space with direct access to 15,600 square feet of retail space. TSB Capital Advisors consulted on construction financing for the project, which was provided by Pacific Life. The development team includes Indianapolis-based real estate development group Landmark Properties Inc., WDG, Brinkmann Constructors and Variant Collaborative. Legal counseling was provided by DLA Piper.
