Columbus, Ohio — A partnership between LV Collective and Virtus Real Estate Capital has announced plans for a seven-story student housing development located across the street from the Ohio State University campus in Columbus.
Located at 222 W. Lane Ave., the project will offer 885 beds across 379 units, including two-level townhomes with private entrances. Shared amenities are set to include an indoor-outdoor cafe on the ground floor; elevated private study area; indoor-outdoor fitness center; a third-floor pool deck with a jumbotron and views of the university’s Ohio Stadium; and yoga and meditation space.
The community is LV’s first development in Ohio and is scheduled for delivery in fall 2025. OZ is the design firm for the project and Variant Collaborative will work on interior design. Local partners include Columbus-based landscape architect Realm Collaborative, general contractor Elford Inc. and civil engineer E.P. Ferris.
