Tampa, Fla.— Marcus & Millichap has retained to sell two student housing properties.
Tampa, Fla. — Marcus & Millichap has retained the listing to sell two student housing properties in Fort Worth and Huntsville, Texas. The two properties are Edge 55, a 55-unit, 165-bed property near Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, and Montgomery Village, a 48-unit, 192-bed garden style apartment complex near Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. Dorothy Jackman and Travis Prince of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office and Nick Fluellen in the firm’s Dallas office are representing the seller, a Texas-based private equity firm. Both properties are 100 percent occupied.
