Greenville, N.C.— 1984 High-rise building will soon feature cyber lounge and other updates.
Greenville, N.C. — McKinney Properties acquired Campus Towers, a 228-bed high-rise student housing complex adjacent to East Carolina University, in December 2011. Campus Towers was built in 1984 and includes 195 parking spaces. Renovations that will be complete by fall 2012 include a cyber lounge, tanning salon, outdoor patio with built-in grills, a gardenscape and outdoor seating. The renovations also will restore fully equipped kitchens to each apartment.
