Lebanon, N.H. — A public-private partnership between Michaels Student Living and Dartmouth College is set to break ground on an $84 million graduate housing project on the college’s campus in Lebanon. The four-story community will offer 309 units, housing more than 600 students. Shared amenities will include a clubhouse, gathering spaces, fitness facilities, work and study space and mail and package delivery services. The new residence hall is scheduled to open during summer 2021. The project’s development team includes JSA Architects Interiors Planners, VHB and North Branch Construction. Michaels Student Living will provide on-site property management and facilities oversight for the community once the development is complete. Financing for the development was provided by Harrison Street Partners, which has worked with Michaels Student Living on several on- and off-campus housing communities.
