opened in 2013.Wilmington, N.C. — Richard Cotton of Multifamily Realty Advisors (MRA) has brokered the sale of Camden Forest and Wilshire Landing near the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, for $29 million. Cotton represented the seller, Adam Sosne. The buyer was The Preiss Co. These properties were completed in 2013 and in 2011 and are less than a mile from the UNC-W campus. Together, they contain 504 beds. Each was 100 percent pre-leased for the 2013-2014 school year.
