West Lafayette, Ind.— Muinzer has acquired full ownership of Village West, a 1,134-bed student housing property located near the Purdue University campus in West Lafayette. Muinzer bought out its joint venture partner, an undisclosed institutional equity partner based on the West Coast, which the company acquired the property with in 2020. The community offers a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, two basketball courts, a sand volleyball court and private shuttle to campus. The property is fully leased for the 2023-2024 academic year.
