New Management Contract for Peak Campus: The Towers on Franklin Near VCU

Richmond, Va. — Peak says it plans to target capital improvements and a marketing campaign to reposition the 335-bed high-rise community.

Richmond, Va. — Peak Campus Management has been selected as the property manager for The Towers on Franklin, formerly known as the Colonial Reserve on West Franklin, a 335-bed high-rise student housing community serving students attending Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).

 

The Towers on Franklin offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with private bathrooms. The project amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the community, a swimming pool with sundeck, a 24-hour fitness center, and an activity center with pool tables. Peak Campus will be executing on a capital improvement strategy on behalf of the owner to improve curb appeal and common area amenities.
