The project is being overseen by a local developer that has built several off-campus student housing projects for the university.

Duluth, Minn. — A story first reported by the Duluth News Tribune reports that local developer Mark Lambert has announced plans to develop a new off-campus student housing community to serve students at the University of Minnesota Duluth. The community will be constructed next door to Summit Ridge, a student housing community also developed by Lambert. He also has two additional communities, Boulder Ridge and Campus Park, that serve students of the university.

Greg Fox, UMC vice chancellor of finance and operations, refers to the project as “the perfect public-private partnership.”
