The 100-bed dorm will be the school’s first on-campus housing
Key West, Fla. — Ground has broken for the construction of the first on-campus student housing facilities at Florida Keys Community College in Key West. The $4.8 million project will consist of a three-story, 100-bed building. It is scheduled for completion in August.
Student Suites South Florida is the project’s developer. Deerfield Beach, Fla.-based SIKON Construction is the general contractor, and St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Hayes Cumming Architects is the project architect.
