Orlando, Fla. — Newmark has arranged the sale of Mercury 3100, an 840-bed student housing community located within walking distance of the University of Central Florida campus in Orlando. The community offers studio, three- and four-bedroom units alongside shared amenities including a fitness center, business center, basketball court, swimming pool, sun deck, clubhouse and shuttle service to campus. Ryan Lang, Jack Brett, Scott Ramey and Ben Harkrider of Newmark represented the seller, Investcorp, in the transaction. The property was acquired by Blackstone Real Estate Services for an undisclosed price.
