Santa Barbara and Davis, Calif. — Phil Resch and Clyde Froehlich, both with approximately 30 years of experience in on-campus facilities management, have launched Resch + Froehlich Consulting LLC.
Resch split his career between UC Santa Barbara and Stanford. Froehlich served his entire career at UC Davis. Resch is a past president of WACUHO (Western Association of College and University Housing Officers) and was the recipient of WACUHO’s Charles Miller Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012.
Froehlich is a certified construction manager and is a certified IFMA (International Facility Management Association) facilities manager, and he previously served as a consultant for the Pacifico Coop of Davis, Marymount College of Los Angeles, UC Merced, and Mogavero-Notestine Associates of Sacramento for their California State University Sacramento American River Courtyard project, the first LEED Gold project on the campus.
