Parallel, Kayne Anderson Break Ground on 23-Story Student Housing Tower Near Texas A&M 

College Station, Texas — A partnership between Parallel and Kayne Anderson Real Estate has broken ground on a 23-story student housing tower located at 250 Church Ave. in College Station’s Northgate district. The 500-bed community will serve students attending Texas A&M University. The development will offer 148 units in studio, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom configurations, including townhome-style residences. The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2027. The development team includes Rhode Partners, A Royal Interiors, Mitchell & Morgan, RLG Consulting Engineers, Roger’s O’Brien, Power Design Inc. and Kilgore Mechanical. Construction financing for the project was provided by BMO Bank.
