Rochester, N.Y. — Park Point at RIT, located close to the Rochester Institute of Technology’s (RIT) campus in Rochester, has opened a new $1.8 million, 6,000-square-foot clubhouse called The Club at Park Point. Amenities include an in-ground heated pool, a hot tub, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a cinema and gaming rooms, a fitness center and a student business center. Park Point at RIT, owned by Wilmorite, is 100 percent leased for the 2011-2012 academic year, welcoming more than 900 students in September. The development opened in 2008 and includes locally owned restaurants, a Barnes & Noble Academic Superstore and a full-service M&T Bank.
