Macon, Ga. — Peak Campus has been awarded management of The Lofts at College Hill, a 194-bed student housing community located near Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
The community offers one- and two-bedroom, loft-style, fully furnished units. Shared amenities include a rooftop terrace with views of downtown Macon, a patio area with outdoor fire pits and grill stations, a fitness center and dedicated yoga room, billiards bar, multiple appointed study suites and an optional in-house cleaning service for their apartment.
