Spartanburg, S.C. — Peak Campus has been awarded management of Valley Falls Apartments, a 288-bed community located near the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg.
The lakeside property offers four-bedroom, fully furnished apartments with bed-to-bath parity. Community amenities include a fitness center, sand volleyball court, game room, grilling area, fire pit with lounge seating, computer lab, clubhouse and resort-style swimming pool. The development is scheduled to open this summer.
