Minneapolis — Peak Campus has been awarded management of The Pavilion on Berry, a 552-bed community located near the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
The garden-style property offers two- and four-bedroom units featuring furniture packages, flat screen televisions, bed-to-bath parity, walk-in closets and washers and dryers. Community amenities include an interactive video game theater, 24-hour fitness center and a spa and grilling area.
