Peak Campus Awarded Management of Three Student Housing Properties

Greensboro, N.C. and Johnson City, Tenn. — Peak Campus has been awarded management of three student housing assets totaling 1,300 beds in North Carolina and Tennessee.

Properties under management include Student Quarters Johnson City, a 528-bed community located near the East Tennessee State University campus in Johnson City; and Student Quarters Greensboro — made up of 2111 Spring Garden, totaling 576-beds, and 742 Fulton, totaling 244-beds — near the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Greensboro College and NC A&T State University campuses in Greensboro.
