Peak Campus Awarded Management of Two Communities Under Development in Kentucky, Nebraska

Bowling Green, Ken. and Omaha, Neb.— Peak Campus has been awarded management of two development projects totaling 752 beds in Kentucky and Nebraska.

Assignments include Muse – Bowling Green, a 381-bed student housing community under development near Western Kentucky University; and Muse – Omaha, a 371-bed community under development near Creighton University in Omaha. Both properties are being developed by The Vecino Group, and are set to open in August 2019.

Muse – Bowling Green will offer one- and two-bedroom, apartment-style units alongside multi-story, four-bedroom cottage-style units. Shared amenities will include a saltwater swimming pool, indoor and outdoor study areas, outdoor courtyards with fire pits and grill stations and a hammock hotel.

Muse – Omaha will offer studio, one-, two- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities will include an on-site coffee shop, individual and group study spaces, a computer lounge, 24-hour fitness center and several outdoor courtyards.
