Peak Campus Begins Leasing at Coastal Club

Conway, S.C. — Phase one will deliver 460 beds by 2014.

Conway, S.C. — Peak Campus Management has begun leasing efforts in its newest management engagement at Coastal Club. The initial phase of the new development that serves Coastal Carolina University will consist of 460 beds with a mix of 2- and 4-bedroom flats. The project will deliver in 2014. Amenities include a jogging trail and dog park, a movie theater, tanning domes, sauna, and a resort style pool.
