Raleigh, N.C. and Syracuse, N.Y. — A partnership between Peak Campus Development and Blue Vista Capital Management LLC has broken ground on two new student housing developments located in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Syracuse, New York.
Projects include 1505 Hillsborough Street, a 525-bed community located near NC State University in Raleigh; and 919 E. Genesee, a 601-bed community located near Syracuse University in Syracuse.
The Raleigh development will offer one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units. Community amenities will include a resort-style pool, fitness center, business center, study and conference areas, a game room with a golf simulator, package locker system and ample parking and bike storage.
The Syracuse development will offer studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units. Community amenities will include a fitness center, hot tub, business center, study and conference areas, a game room, package locker system and ample parking and bike storage. Both projects are scheduled to open in fall 2018.
