Atlanta — Peak Campus Management has been awarded management for three new private student housing developments in Madison, Wis., Milwaukee and Minneapolis. All three projects will be developed by Opus Development Company in partnership with Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. Each project, currently scheduled to open for the 2014 school year, will feature various unit mixes and amenities. The properties are Varsity Quarters near the University of Wisconsin, The Ivy on Fourteenth, which will be a boutique, project near Marquette University in Milwaukee, and the Venue at Dinkytown in Minneapolis.
