Peak Campus Development Breaks Ground On Second Phase of The Pavilion At North Grounds

Charlottesville, Va. — Peak Campus Development will open the LEED Silver development August 2015. Phase one opened August 2013.

Peak Campus Development has begun construction on the second phase at the Pavilion at North Grounds, adjacent to the University of Virginia campus. The first phase, which is 100 percent occupied for the 2014-2015 school year, will add 70 units to the project’s first phase of 230 units. The first phase opened in August 2013, and the second phase will open in August 2015.

The LEED Silver project is within walking distance of the Darden School of Business, the UVA Law School, and the Barracks Road Shopping Center. The Pavilion offers one-, two- and three-bedrooms apartments with private bathrooms, in-unit washers and dryers, finishes including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and an optional furniture package. Community amenities include a multi- purpose clubhouse with Wi-Fi, 24-hour fitness and business center, resort-style swimming pool, study rooms on every floor, secured bike storage and parking.
