Lexington, Ky. — Peak Campus Management has a new management assignment at The Lex, a 649-bed student housing community serving the University of Kentucky. Completed in May 2010, The Lex is a mixed-use complex consisting of 649 beds in 266 units as well as 23,445 square feet of leasable retail space. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, theater, copy center and study areas. Every unit includes a separate bathroom paired with each bedroom.
