Peak Campus Makes Executive Changes

Atlanta — Two new hires and one promotion placed to handle anticipated portfolio growth.

Joe HardimanAtlanta  — Peak Campus Management has hired two new executives; Jonathan Denton as regional vice president and Joe Hardiman as vice president of information technology. In addition, the company announced that Laurie Stanley has been promoted to regional vice president.

“The additions of Jonathan and Joe, in conjunction with the promotion of Laurie, are critical steps in our ongoing strategy to position the company with the resources it needs to handle our anticipated portfolio growth,” said Bob Clark, president of Peak Campus Management.

Denton comes to Peak Campus with 14 years of experience that includes a variety of conventional and student housing assets. He has significant experience in national university markets with both stabilized and lease-up properties, many with a retail component. Denton was formerly with Greystar Student Living and previously held positions at Lincoln Property Company and Inland American Group of Companies.

Hardiman has 25 years of experience in information technology. Most recently, he was with Safeguard self-storage, where he provided technology solutions that supported the company’s platform. Prior to his role with Safeguard, Joe held senior roles with Lane Company and AMLI Residential.

Laurie Stanley has worked with Peak Campus for approximately four years, most recently as a senior regional manager. In 2012, Stanley was recognized as the Peak Campus Regional Manager of the year. Prior to joining Peak Campus, Stanley worked with the Preiss Company.
