Peak Campus Management Promotes Two

Atlanta — Ashley Lackey and Sarah Guzdzial have both been promoted to regional manager with Atlanta-based Peak Campus Management (PCM). Lackey will manage a portfolio consisting of five assets in California, Nevada and Kansas, while Guzdzial will manage a portfolio consisting of five assets in Arkansas, Ohio and Tennessee. PCM manages more than 19,000 beds in 16 states across the country.
