Heights at 1301Johnson City, Tenn. — Peak Campus Management has been selected as property manager for Heights at 1301, formerly Campus Ridge, which was built in 2000. The property serves students attending East Tennessee State University, includes 528 beds of 4-bedroom units and is located adjacent to campus.
