Newark, Del. — Peak Campus has been awarded management of Rittenhouse Station, a 295-bed student housing property located near the University of Delaware campus in Newark.
The project offers two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, townhomes and lofts. Each unit features an Apple iPad, Apple TV console, flat screen television, washer and dryer and bamboo hardwood floors.
Community amenities include two basketball courts, a volleyball court, cardio center, shuttle pick up to campus and 17,250 square feet of retail space. The property is currently undergoing a renovation, which will upgrade the cardio center and fully furnish all apartments.
