Chicago — Peak Campus has been awarded management of The Buckingham, a 430-bed, 119-unit high-rise project serving students at the University of Illinois-Chicago and 20 other universities within a mile of the property, which is located across the street from Grant Park in the city’s South Loop area. The Buckingham features studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units that are fully furnished. Amenities at the community include a fitness center, on-site movie theater, and sky lounge, which features views of the Chicago skyline. The Buckingham is the fifth property Atlanta-based Peak Campus manages in the Chicago market.
